I don’t care what the manufacturer says, this item is not Windows XP compatible. 3 levels of their own tech support couldn’t get it to work with WinXP after several hours on the phone. 99.9% of the time, if something is not Windows logo verified, it is not Windows compatible, anyway. Their tech support is pretty much incompetent. Also, their phone system is lousy; every time I spoke with them, I could hear my voice echo back on a 2 second delay. Their tech support is apparently in another country and speaks English POORLY and with a thick accent. Their tech support is always busy and they say they’ll call you back. IF they actually call you back, it is supposed to be some time in the next 24 hours, but they have a knack for calling at a bad time, even if you tell them what times not to call. Don’t buy this product, save your time and money and buy something else, anything else. I will never buy from this company again.
    Pros: Nothing
Cons: NOT Windows logo verified. NOT Windows compatible. Doesn’t work with 64 bit systems, either.

I bought this card (ver.2) and the TEW-631BRP router (ver. 3) and get a solid 270 Mbps. I have not lost connection once or had any compatibility issues. The computer I installed this card in is running XP. I have had no issues at all. Make sure you read and follow the installation instructions
Pros: Solid 270 Mbps, Good signal, Great price, Qos, User friendly software. I haven’t lost signal once or had any issues at all!
Cons: Drivers not windows logo verified.

PROS: When it works it is slow to respond to commands. Difficult to setup.

CONS: First one, the IR receiver in the picture frame failed so that the remote would not work.

Second one froze when configuring the NAS feature and after contacting the support team they told me to reset it and now it will only display the Trendnet logo.

Product support thought it had an either net port on the side of the picture frame, it still did not fix it. Now I am waiting for a replacement that I have to pay shipping for from NEWEGG.COM.

This unit is useless. It was obviously release before it was properly tested. Our unit had the same IR latency problems. The remote would not respond at all then it would work. The unit would lock up numerous times and would need to be rebooted. Tech support had me update the firmware and that was it for the unit. It stuck on the ‘searchin for wireless network’ screen and wouldn’t do anything else. Called tech support for the 3rd time – ‘we are having issues with these units and we will call you when we have a solution’ – ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!! Is that what I should tell my client who’s already paid me for this unit? DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!
