Hello Hans,

Personnally, what i can't take, is why such limitation in such service ?
Many guys runs many business from here, but we have to pass through our society. As a particular you build your own business online, but when you want to install the payment processing you will block up...
Right now, we can pay but we can't receive nor withraw money through paypal!! And, for to use it, as you have mentioned there is a need of credit car..so the people (ecpcially students and under 18 years ) how they will have credit card to add it to their paypal account, the visa card is not available for ALL people!

On the other hand, i think that it will be a great deal for many online companies (registrars, hosting...) to enter to the market of many countries listed above and i am sur that it will make a gain of an important number of local consumers...the online payment still faces a big obstacle here!

Wishing you all the best Hans,

@anas126
sorry, I didn't mean to offend, I have just been very frustrated during the past few years explaining to people why I cannot accept paypal payments and now seeing that a lot of new countries have been added, but they aren't even working on expanding full services to countries that have been in send only list for years just makes it worse. Most people just seem to think that everybody can use paypal and when you try to explain that you cannot accept payments via it they automatically think you are some kind of scammer or something.
Also you should know that if your country has been added send only then you still need credit card to make payments (I presume not having credit card was the problem why it was impossible to make online payment from your location before because visa is accepted almost everywhere with or without paypal)

Hello,

What a nice news...to see paypal available in all over the world!

@Hans,
I don't agree with you, internet is so popular in almost of the countries listed above, but paypal was depriving them from their service...
Indeed, from my country, we had wrote many times to Paypal, signed many petition asking them this...it was impossible to make an online payment from here (apart from societies, agencies...)

Anyway, i am so happy to see paypal available in this new list (my country included), and give a paypal access right to more people around the world!

Greetings from Morocco,

So they add bunch of countries where almost no one uses Internet, while countries, like Estonia, where basically everyone use Internet every day still have to settle with send only accounts. I am not sure what ebay is trying to do, but I am starting to like the less day by day.
