		<description>   When will the experts finally accept that the present e-mail system which was designed only to be used by honest people is a total failure in today&#039;s criminal-ridden internet, and design a new standard which makes it impossible to hide the source of each e-mail?&lt;br /&gt;
   Going on the fact that the US FTC hasn&#039;t done anything about spammers in the &gt;4 years since the You Can Spam &#039;law&#039; came into force, I&#039;d estimate that something might be done around 2030 or maybe later.</description>
