The E-Nup Has Arrived
An E-Nup could help you keep your gadgets in case of a divorce.
You’ve heard of the pre-nup, of course, that agreement before a marriage as to who gets what in case of divorce. British divorce lawyer Vanessa Platt, of Lloyd Platt & Co. has come up with the E-Nup, according to Sky News. Perhaps the biggest hurdle is that the UK doesn’t recognize pre-nuptial agreements, which could render it somewhat worthless, but anyone interested will soon be able to download the document from pixmania.co.uk. Although not legal, it can still be presented as evidence of intention in a divorce court. “Together with the house and car, gadgets are the new battleground," Platt told Sky News.
