Major fault is that it is advertised as a 3 monitor video card. Will only handle two independent screens.
$200 plus is too much to pay for this card.

I bought this card, it has only 64Mb of ram, which does not matter. Linux support is not even noticeable. There are no drivers for any other architecture than 32bit PCs. Linux was the firs system to support 64bit, but Matrox drivers even for this common arch has no ETA. Matrox cards also work in Alphas and PowerPCs, but linux at Matrox means linux-i386, so they are unable to understand what they are saying.

Super card for editing video with primiere or after effects. Lots of special effects for that are provided by this card.

Gearge (above) clearly doesn’t know what he is talking abut, no offence Gearge. We just bought this card and we have 3 beautiful TF 19″ monitors running off the card. great bit of kit!
