    I have sent my gateway c-140 in for service 3 times in 1 year and I still have to leave it plugged in at all times. If I attempt to turn it on while not plugged in it will crash and give me nothing but a black screen. Oh and did I mention every time I send it in for service it costs me $50. yeah, I am going with “I” product as soon as I can.
