Razer Blade laptop

We haven't had a chance to fully test this product yet, but we've assembled this helpful overview of relevant information on it.

Razer is usually known for making gaming accessories for PC gamers. They have some great mice, keyboards and speakers among other things. Recently, they’ve jumped into the laptop market by making the Blade gaming laptop. 

The Blade has a 17.3-inch screen and only weighs seven pounds and is only 2.2 cm’s thick. It’s powered by a 2.83GHz Intel Core i7 2640M Processor. Blades feature 8 GBs of memory and a 320GB 7200rpm SATA hard drive. There’s also 2 GBs of dedicated GDDR5 video memory. The video card is a NVIDIA GeForce GT 555m with NVIDIA Optimus Technology. There’s a built-in HD webcam and an integrated 60Wh battery.

One interesting feature in the Razer Blades is the LCD touchpad on the right side of the laptop. You can use it as a multi-touch panel/trackpad. Above the touchpad there are 10 customizable, glowing buttons. As of now this rig will cost you $2800.
