Enjoy when it is not down. I bought the Sat. S855 model 6 months ago and had to have HDD serviced twice. And tech support gives you the run around.

I know, but they DON'T SELL it here! The local PC stores have the WORST possible selection and pricing scheme for laptops, ever. Did you know Dual-core laptops are still sold here? There are no gaming laptops, Macbooks are overpriced,and the M6 series is considered the top of the crop in ultra awesome laptops.

That seems fair to me, $800 for a laptop with a 630M isn't bad. You might also want to check pricing on Lenovo's Y-Series, those laptops are nice and often pack a decent GPU at a low price.

About $800, laptops here are not cheap, anything with a GPU, even a 620m costs extra.

How much is it? The 630M is an okay GPU, but not worth a huge premium.

Hello and wow, It's just me here :)

Anyway, I've been thinking of getting this laptop, and the variant on sale here comes with Nvidia 630 Graphics card, do you think it's a good deal the discrete GPU?

The keyboard isn't too bad once you get used to it. The mouse is really horrible, but if you have an external mouse / keyboard AND you don't use the real one it's all good.

Power is good for the budget, but something tells me it's not quite as powerful as it could have been.

But, budget prevails.
