2011 Infiniti M

The new 2011 Infiniti M offers a sleek new design and plenty of technology features all powered in a tank-busting 420 HP V8 engine.

Infiniti’s 2011 M looks to be the company’s best to-date. With two engines to choose from, either a 3.7 liter V8 at 330 HP or a direct injected 5.6 liter V8 that produces 420 HP, the new M is a sleeper in disguise. Other features include an AWD option (the standard being RWD), seven-speed automatic transmission with optional paddle shifters, hard drive based navigation and even optional 18-inch wheels. The new M touts some pretty impressive new technologies like a blind spot intervention system, in-cabin noise cancellation (dubbed active noise control) and an “Eco pedal” that supposedly offers the driver direct feedback to encourage gas sipping driving habits.

The sound system is not as impressive however as Infiniti has opted to stick with Bose. Lexus uses Mark Levison, BMW uses Harmon Kardon, you can find Bang and Olufsen in some cars and Jaguar even boasts a sound system from Bowers & Wilkins. Link
