Check out pictures of the recently announced 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX STI.
Today Subaru introduced a new 4-door version of the Impreza WRX STI at the New Your Auto Show. The new 2011 models feature a “wide and low” profile with sharpened bumper corners and wider fog lamp nacelles. The Impreza WRX STI will offer a high-boost 305-hp turbocharged/intercooled 4-cylinder Boxer engine along with a 6-speed manual transmission. Other notable features of the 2011 Impreza WRX STI include new standard 18-inch wheels, improved front and rear suspension, and the Brembo Performance Brake System.

RSSAny particular examples?
And if that front end is from a Corolla, what have you to say about McHonda's Civic/Accord, Mazda's 3 series and Nissans fairly generic lineup of sedans?

I *love* the looks of the hatchback (minus the fugly taillights that can be fixed with red overlays), but it's not really any different from the previous one, so there's nothing exciting about the new car.
The front wheel wells aren't nearly as offensive in actual photos.
The sedan still looks like a Corolla with a bunch of junk glued on it.
And what is with the clear tail lights on the wagon?
Subaru needs to outsource the design, and re-design the Impreza line from the ground up.
