		<description>Why did they wait until the merger happened to start this lawsuit? I think Adaptix is broke...and they want a piece of the pie. Their website hasn&#039;t been updated in over a year...that was the first clue to me that they are hurting for money. I think the lawsuit should be thrown out...if it was hurting them so bad then the lawsuit should have been when the issue first started.  2005?</description>
