Why put the boxes in the cars in the first place if they can be easily manipulated? It's kind of like asking someone to take a lie detector test, yes, it might be right, and they may be lying, but you still can't use that in court. So who benefits, if information is proved inconclusive, and or it's clear that it was someones fault, but the other party admitted fault..who is to believed? Also, if you refuse to have them use the information on the car, it may be seen as an implicit admission of guilt, much like refusing an alcohol breath analysis??? Het I knew I drank the alcohol, I know I need to prove I'm ok to drive, but they don't tell you clearly upfront that this black box is in your car to begin with watching me regardless? And if I'm not ok with them taking it out and using the information I'm suddenly under suspicion? Someone's gotta be making some good money off this thing, and it must have value to someone else or they wouldn't be putting this in 2/3 of the cars on the road. What's going on here big brother? Anyone got something to add?
