Bulletproof Clothing Keeps You Safe and Fashionable

Designer Miguel Caballero is keeping people safe and trendy with his line of bulletproof clothing.

If you like taking casual walks in notoriously violent areas, you may want to check out Miguel Caballero’s boutique of fashionably bulletproof clothing. Caballero, a Colombian tailor who’s also known as the “armored Armani,” specializes in providing discrete and fashionable clothing for people at risk of getting shot at point-blank range on a daily basis. So listen up rappers and politicians—Miguel Caballero is probably a name you’re going to want to remember.

In this video, VBS.TV correspondent Ryan Duffy takes a tour of Caballero’s business and even gets shot. The almost ten minute video is definitely worth checking out.

Bill Barbin at 8:04am 28th February 2010 Caballero may have created a higher profile but I think it would be worthwhile to look at U.S. companies that produce bullet resistant clothing made in the U.S.A.. The Colombian manufacturer is using chinese made armor materials. BulletBlocker is a U.S. company that makes a more subtle line of jackets like denim jackets and barn coats as well as some "dress" blazers, right in Massachusetts.
