Yahoo/Overture supports click fraud as their business practice. This was proven to us when we gave ample evidence of a particular site that was able to generate 50 clicks in 3 hours time, while Yahoo, Google and MSN search engines could only generate 1. How did "goo.us.com" do it? By fraud, for sure. There's no way a site that nobody has heard about and that only displays Yahoo ads (no other content) could generate such extraordinary activity -- and generate zero sales (or even leads).

When reported to Yahoo, they just denied it despite the overwhelming evidence of web logs, but there was nothing to do except stop advertising with them.

Google does better because they can limit their ads to only their search sites and eliminate these bogus "partners." Naturally, Yahoo cannot do this because that would mean less revenue from their click fraud approval.
