With multiple non-PC appliances and VoIP, it is impossible for a consumer to monitor their consumption AS MEASURED BY Comcast No measurment method is published. A consumer could loose emergenccy 911 service! If bandwidth is a real issue, throttling would be more rational. &lt;br /&gt;

Why did Comcast just give everybody a speed boost for free and now do this???</description>
