I would imagine it's going to be difficult for Ebay attorneys to defend the claim that they did not steal Craigslist trade secrets. In addition to that, I've been extremely dissapointed in the rising costs at Ebay to its sellers, and unnecessary changes being made to the feedback system etc. Ebay just got too envious and I hope they inevitably pay for their poor decisions.
