There's thousands of blogs that link to uploaded albums on rapidshare.com/megaupload.com, and as for filesharing apps, now there's encrypted file sharing apps (like <a href="http://www.gigatribe.com" title="http://www.gigatribe.com" target="_blank" ref="nofollow">http://www.gigatribe.com</a> )which prevent randoms from spying on your exchanges.
