New Nixon Watches: The Platform and the Decision

Luxury watch manufacturer Nixon released two new designs, the Platform and the Decision.
The folks over at Nixon have a couple of new designs to squeeze out before year’s end. The Platform ($160-$180) takes on a more assertive look with its chunky, oversized face and the Decision ($200-$240) is a retro/modern design with a dedicated tide hand.

I've been collecting Luxury Watches (mostly Swiss) for 35 years and this is the first time I have ever seen anyone refer to Nixon as a Luxury Watch Manufacturer. AP, Patek, JLC, etc…., these are luxury watches.
To use the “Title” Manufacturer the company must make the majority of the movement themselves which is not the case with Nixon.

Agreed. Anything that is in that price range wouldn't normally be referred to as luxury.
