It's terrific that manufacturers, such as Samsung, are taking some responsibility for recycling e-waste and preventing all sorts of nasty things from ending up in landfills.

For those like Jon who don't live near a convenient drop-off point, take a look at http://www.BuyMyGadgets.com. You can sell your unused electronics gadgets online without having to leave the comfort of your computer. Be green while making some green!

Thanks, but Arizona already has two drop-off points for electronics recycling... in Glendale and Douglas! Seriously, I live in Mesa, and neither of these points are reasonably close. Is Samsung going to put one in Mesa? How about Phoenix? Chandler? Tempe? I would be more impressed if Samsung issued free call tags through the mail to pay for the shipping of Samsung electronics for recycling. It's time that the responsibility of recycling shifts from the consumer to the manufacturer.
