Super-Sedans

Following in the footsteps of four-doored Supercars, these Super-Sedans are practical daily drivers with enough horsepower to tame every apex of the open road.

So you want a true family car, one with actual leg-room in the back seats, but you still like to make out to track days every now and then.  BMW, Lexus, and Mercedes-Benz have each created what could be called a super-sedan.  Each of these cars starts in the mid-fifty thousand dollar price range, comes with a custom-built V8 producing over 400 HP, and can get to 60 MPH in about 4.5 seconds. All three cars qualify as a comfortable and stylish daily driver – they are refined with all of the standard luxuries you would expect from BMW, Mercedes, or Lexus.  All in all you are not sacrificing any comfort by choosing one of these as a daily driver, and when it comes to track day they will still perform with the best.

  2. Dan Gaul at 2:33pm 26th October 2009 How would these rank? I love the look of the new Mercedes C class, but the power, at least when they came out, was no where near BMW's. Power alone, I'd probably choose the BMW M3. Looks: Mercedes Interior comfort: The Lexus
  3. TechFreak at 1:29pm 26th October 2009 I would take the Mercedes.
