A screenshot? How is that even admissible in court as evidence of anything? Doctoring a screenshot is as easy as opening MS Paint and moving some letters around.

HARDLY convincing evidence. But of course, computer-illiterate judges will consider it irrefutable proof, and innocent people will end up shelling out thousands in "damages" they aren't even responsible for.

The RIAA is one big fraud. The whole organization should be investigated for fraud, civil conspiracy, and probably some other things.

Good for her! The RIAA is getting sloppy, and if this woman wins, others will likely wind up countersuing. Then it will just plain become too expensive for the RIAA to sue anyone at all.
