Yahoo TV Pimps Preview of Fall TV Season

Yahoo TV has rolled out it Fall 2006 TV Preview, offering complete premiere episodes from some of this season's new TV series before they're cancelled...um, broadcast.

Are you pumped? Are you at the edge of your seat? Are you excited about the new Fall 2006 television season?!

Well, Yahoo TV hopes you’ll check out their free Fall 2006 TV Preview site anyway. The site is offering exclusive access to pilot episodes from seleted shows debuting on major broadcast networks this season, making Yahoo TV the only way to see these shows before they’re broadcast. Or cancelled. You know: whichever comes first.

“Offering Yahoo! users access to content from new and returning shows is part of our ongoing efforts to give people the most entertaining and engaging online programming possible,” said Karin Gilford, Yahoo’s general manager for entertainment, in a release. “As people watch more video content online, we look forward to continuing our collaboration with the TV networks to provide users with the highest quality TV-related content on the Web.”

In addition to clips, scheduling information, “dish,” and sneak peaks at the networks’ lineups for this autumn, the Yahoo Fall 2006 TV Preview offers the complete pilot episodes for Fox drama Vanished, CBS series Jericho, and NBC’s Heroes up until their network broadcast premieres. The first episode of the new season of Prison Break will also be available online immediately following the show’s second season premiere.
