Found this unit as a discarded display item at Tweeters. Watching it display digital image files on an HDTV plasma screen was breathtaking. I had used ATI display cards on the PC previously but the quality was always lacking as these All-in-wonder devices were designed more for moving pictures.

As with the original review I found the remote control to lag some but found this was due to the distance involved. After replacing the included remote with a LogicTech Harmony all in one device I had no problems with distance or angles using the HD1000 remotely.

There are quite a few independent software items available for the unit since the original review as well.

Also check for the latest system software upgrade at Rokulabs.com.
