I know that with the wireless Company I work for, there is a big difference with what i am assumes is discribed as a browser data (the data is from company sites) and internet. if he does win his case it would be if can show no one explained the difference to him.
Oh yea by the way, like most people have half a day to download 'shrek2' thru thier cell phone. he first clue something was up is when it take just as long to download as it is to get a DVD thru the post.

Rob: No, because there are legal ways of downloading HD movies, for instance, Netflix provides that service here in the U.S.

Anybody else think it's a little risky that he's going to waltz into court (to fight charges) saying he downloads HD Movies?

On one hand he was stupid for not clarifying things before, and on the other, he has a point, they cut you off for being late $100 but don't bother to call when you reach $85K lol. Too funny
