It clearly was a disappointment seeing as Apple’s stock suffered due to the lower than expected sales. Success and disappointment can be mutual, kind of like a sports team making it into the finals but losing the championship.

Google is going to be renaming the Android operating system in the coming weeks. The new name is going to be "Forktroid". Never seen an operating system so forked and fragmented in my life.

Disappointing because they couldn’t keep up with the demand. There are 2 million preorders(some aren’t being shipped until October), no stock at stores(bestbuy, RadioShack, carriers…)

Wall Street seems to not care that Apple doesn’t count orders pending in their sales figures. Only phones that have been delivered. So, when you can’t make them fast enough, and are opening to over 20 more countries this Friday, how is this “disappointing”?

Well the new port format kinda made it a hard decision for me, as All my accessories are in the old format. So its not just a new iphone I need to buy, its all the accessories that go with it, from changers, to midi controllers, to music docks, all now obsolete because apple is tricking me into giving them more money for something I already have. They needed to change the stupid port in the early days of the iphone, not late into the season, thats just slimy business.
