Why would AT@T remove pay phones from the public. Most people rely on the use of cell phones but not everybody. People in prison, how will they communicate with the outside world? They still have rights as human beings. The use of cell phones are not always reliable either. Some areas don't even pick up a signal for the use of cell phones. And what if your battery goes out and you have no other way to call for help. This is ridiculous!! Well enough alone, should be left alone!!!!!
