		<description>The other problem is that AT&amp;T won&#039;t sell unlocked phones. That is huge for me.  I want to be able to sign-up to AT&amp;T or whoever, buy a phone, and then if I decide to leave AT&amp;T I can take my phone with me instead of forking out more dough.</description>
