We stopped posting links to CoolTechZone.com after we noticed they were plagerizing sites. I would not give their review much credit either.

I've had several bluetooth wireless pieces and the Scala 500 is by far the best sounding unit I have. It has clear sounds and fairly durable. Comfor is good and could be better if it were smaller. I can talk and use it all day with plenty of reserve power for all night as well. Although I like the incoming musical ring it tends to go on forever and it is audible to the caller. The issue I have is the charging device holder. The pins are easy to break if you don't line it up exactly. I hope they've replaced this system on the new one I just bought.

The only way the reviewer can have given this terrible product the review he gave it is if he was being paid by Cardo for it. This is one of the worst products I've ever owned. The only joy it gave me was that it only took two swipes of a hammer to thoroughly destroy it...now THAT was satisfaction.

It's a headset...let me repeat...It's a headset. Does it REALLY need a six-page User's Manual to figure out how to get it to work? If so, it's way too complicated, and they need to go back to the drawing board. The product needs two separate switches...On/Off and a volume control, and that's it. No "hold for three seconds, turn around three times, and say 'there's no place like home'," no "blue flashing every three seconds" means A, "red/blue every five seconds" means B, and no "red/blue every 10 seconds following by flashing blue every 13 seconds means the RedSox won the World Series." Sound quality, volume, and comfort are wonderful attributes if you can get the product to work without having to study the User's Guide. Otherwise it simply fails.
