CES 2010 Video – Demo of the iHome + Sleep iPhone App

We get a thorough run through of iHome’s new iHome + Sleep App.

We were fortunate enough to get this great demo of iHome’s new iPhone/iPod touch App which beefs up your morning routine and helps keep track of your sleeping habits. iHome + Sleep will log when you go to sleep and when you wake up, and will also help you keep track of your sleeping behaviors (creepy as that may sound). This app corresponds to iHome’s iA5 docking station and the iA100 docking station.

scorezero at 7:22am 30th August 2010 This looks brilliant, all they need to do now is to enable the WiFi capabilities of the iPhone so that users can wake up to internet radio if they want. A backup chime or iPod song would be a good idea of the network drops out for some reason. Can users completely dim the screen on the iPhone as well as the iHome unit? Most people don't want a bright light source while they're trying to get to sleep. It doesn't look as though the snooze button is large and easily reached....pity. This should be reasonably prominent like it is on most standard clock radios. (And definitely NOT on the phone itself, but rather the iHome unit.) A spoken readout of the current time when the snooze button is pressed is great in case we lose track of time.
