Recently after purchasing a laptop and ordered at&t wireless 3G which has yet to stay connected. I am deaf, totaly disabled,& homebound. Do not waste your time going to a corporate store because any child has more knowledge of hardware, software, and firmware. Believe me I have been numerous times and wasted alot of minutes on my cell phone. Starting a few months back my phone being a old issue started giving me trouble so I went to cingular to buy a new one. I was told that at the $19.95 program rate no phone was available but if I upgraded to the $29.95 program a phone would be available. I don't think that is fair that I should be forced to pay additional payment to get a phone replacement.!! I can understand adt and cingular getting so many complints, here is one more!!
