iPhone Tops In Customer Satisfaction

A new poll of handset owners has the iPhone coming out top in customer satisfaction for smartphones.

There’s a new survey from J.D. Power and Associates of customer satisfaction among smartphone handsets, and the iPhone has come out on top.

Respondents had to rank handsets in several categories, and the scores were tallied into rankings out of 1,000, with Apple claiming 791 points in the smartphone category. LG came second with 772, and Samsung scored 759.

LG scored 733 in the traditional handset category.
