It was stolen along with my purse. Cingular sent me a refurbished phone that was not equal to the new phone that was stolen. Further more they don't care if you can see it or not. They will just flat tell you it's your tough luck.I can't even deal with them for a new phone at a resonable price since my daughter had just renewed the contract.
