    1. Traci at 2:44pm 21st February 2011 I think the Iphone is basically a "fad"..its a good phone, but it is very limited. I talk 2 somebody everyday that owns 1 & he always has issues with roaming, among other things. The droid phones(I own 1) have limitless apps, not like iphone,& movies & things r soo much easier 2 access. If u get the iphone its way more complicated &,also, insurance is about 4 more $$ than droid x..also the deductable on iphone 4 is around $170 if u need 2 replace it..the droid x is only $100..weighing out only the pros & cons I've mentioned, believe me there's more, its easy 2 c..go with android devices,u won't b unhappy about it :)
  2. Alisa Combs at 2:21pm 6th October 2010 One reason I purchased the Droid X was because I THOUGHT it was supposed to make awesome pics ... however they are horrible ... so I still have to carry my Sony CyberShot and this HUGE phone (that was to replace it)
    1. Adam at 2:18am 1st December 2010 Droid X takes crystal clear 8 meg pics, and a HD camcorder,, check your settings on it! My cll takes better pics than my nice $500 camera...

  4. Uncledudley at 7:20pm 3rd September 2010 My wife and I were just looking at the Android phones, both from Sprint our present carrier and Verison. These comments certainly help, but I don't see anything conclusive about which is better the Evo or the Droid X. Does anyone have an opinion on that? Thanks
  5. StephSchiff at 3:57pm 31st July 2010 Who are all of these people "switching to iPhone?" The new iPhone sales are iPhone 3G owners upgrading for the most part. Most people that haven't already jumped on the bandwagon won't until the iPhone is no longer limited to AT&T. The iPhone is a nice phone, but it's overly restrictive on what you can do with it. Most of the people I know (that didn't already have an iPhone) are going with the Droid Incredible because AT&T just doesn't have the coverage Verizon does and the network is so terribly slow - especially at peak hours (commute times, Friday & Saturday nights). The iPhone will reach a lot more people once they aren't limited to AT&T. For now, I'm giving my husband my Droid and getting a Droid X.
  6. cr3ativ3mind at 7:36pm 6th July 2010 That's very stylish and practical, but it looks like a lot of people are switching to iPhone lately.
    1. Adam at 2:15am 1st December 2010 iPhones Operating system and antenna/reception problems...plus caps on data streaming, and smaller screen, plus its not a mobile hotspot! iPhones a bummer.. DROID X, I love it, works flawlessly!

    1. Bo Knows Everything at 10:30pm 29th June 2010 What about the 720p video recorder along with the HDMI output? This allows you to connect your phone directly to the HDMI input of your TV and play your 720p HiDef video. What about Motoblur, which allows you to access and view several social networks simultaneously (Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, etc.)? And there's an FM radio... to name a few. There's even a dedicated Blockbuster application embedded into the phone which allows you to rent or purchase movies in HiDef. Try hooking up the phone to the HDMI input of your TV then or even watch it on the Droid X's 4.3 inch screen.

    1. TDubb at 10:16pm 29th June 2010 Not when AT&T is putting limits on the data stream. If you go over the limit, heavy penalties apply.
    2. Lane at 4:09am 1st July 2010 are you kidding me your nuts its got a hdmi and an 8 megapixel camera it might have a slim i mean slim prayer if its network could stay up!
