The E680 and A780 represent the latest in a series of handsets Motorola is building on the Trolltech/Linux platform, following the Motorola A760 phone announced last year.

The Linux-based Motorola E680 handset is designed to provide anentertainment experience, merging music, pictures, videos, gaming, talk and text in a simple, palm-sized device. With Bluetooth wireless technology, the E680 also boasts 3D stereo surround sound speaker, MP3 download/playback and embedded MIDI music ring tones.
