Nextel offers Motorola i205 GPS phone

Nextel and Motorola today introduced the Motorola i205, one of the latest mobile phones allowing users to instantly communicate from coast-to-coast at the touch of a button.

The GPS-enabled Motorola i205 mobile phone is designed to serve the needs of business specific customers such as field services, construction and transportation employees requiring basic wirelessservices without sacrificing the essential features they depend upon to do their jobs. In addition, the phone provides the price conscious customer the choice of a quality communication tool to getthe job done.

The i205 handset offers an enhanced phonebook capable of storing 600 contacts and many of the features typically associated with Motorola phones from Nextel including VibraCall® alert, a SIM cardfor easy transfer of information between Nextel® phones and downloadable ring tones for audio caller ID that lets users know who is calling without having to look at the phone. The i205 handset isalso speakerphone capable.
