The s65 display flickers, hangs & goes blank. Some times problem solved by restarting & keeping screen depressed with some force. I purchased it in Dubai, but live in Mumbai, India. Can some one pls help with solution &/or advice contact details of service centre. THNX

My S65 Siemens mobile's keyboard got problem with in 15 months after I purched it at Dhaka, Bangladesh. To made the mobile useable, I went to the Siemens Service Center, Dhaka Bangladesh. They says that the mobile is facing problems due to software problems. They want to charge about US $ 20.00 for reinstall the software. My question is why I will pay the money to reinstall software ?. This is the problems of your company. The articles says that the phones affected include: C65, CX65, M65, S65, SL65 as well as all provider variations such as the CV65, CT65, CXV65 and CXT65. Because of the software error. On June 3rd, 2007 at 3:59 AM, I request Siemens toreplace my mobile or made it rady for use by any means. But my mobile yet to be replace or made it rady for use by any means. So, again I am requesting you to replace my mobile or made it rady for use by any means.
