Verizon definitely doesn’t need to hype the iPhone – years of anticipation have made it a sure thing with consumers. Even still, we got a glimpse of the first Verizon iPhone ad, and it definitely acknowledges the patience some of us have been choking on since 2007.
Verizon is okay. But they’re marketing LTE as 4G, when it’s not. It’s still 3G. LTE is pre-4G, which means it ISN’T 4G.
…and when Verizon goes to full LTE (sooner rather than later) and the iPhone 5 is released (more than likely this spring) what will everyone do with their doubly outdated CDMA iPhone 4's?
Nothing, they will be stuck on the old network. Just like the original iPhone owners after the newer iPhone 3GS was introduced.
