		<description><![CDATA[Good news. They are in 3rd place by default, blackberry isn&#039;t back yet. I figured with a ok cool commercial(like most these days) and with a new OS revamp from 7.5 I&#039;m sure people would jump on to see how developing for windows mobile would be. All they need to do is have the phones released every other month (low end phones would do it ) that way you are getting windows 8 to more users, that&#039;s how android grew because they had cheap phones, so get these phones out in the prepaid market. They will need to cough up the money to att to let them allow prepaid windows phones]]></description>
