		<description>Good article and food for thought.  A couple of thoughts...Price isn&#039;t really the issue because it&#039;s not much more than an iPod Touch with lots of storage.  &lt;br /&gt;

My take is that the Kindle has two strikes against it.  1) size.  It doesn&#039;t fit in your pants pocket.  and 2) people who are avid readers are often drawn to the tactile feeling of turning the pages of a book--the full sense feeling of touch, sight, smell, even the sound of the pages turning.  A hurdle that a music player didn&#039;t have to overcome.  Music has always had a basis in technology and electronics so it was easier to accept.  &lt;br /&gt;
