The latest from the team at Gullwing America pays tribute to an Italian classic, the Ferrari 340 Mexico.

Mercedes Benz classic re-creationist company Gullwing America has stepped out of Stuttgart’s shadow for it’s latest classic recreation, traveling south to the land of pizza and pasta to pay tribute to the Ferrari 340 Mexico.

Only three Ferrari 340 Mexico’s were made, dubbed the Ferrari 340 Competizione, the GWA version retains much of the same characteristics, starting with its 470 horsepower 5.4-liter V12 and six speed manual transmission, but upgrading the aerodynamics, suspension and brakes.

The interior of the Competizione pays clear homage to it’s forefather while packing a modern punch. With only one reportedly being made, good luck getting your hands on it.
