Saab is known for making some very sleek concept cars that never make it into production and the PhoeniX is no exception. It does show off some features that you should expect to see in future Saab cars. Mostly in the nose with the Saab logo in the grille and the more swept back. The design takes inspiration from the 1946 Ursaab and the original teardrop shape. Other interesting features include butterfly doors, unusually roof-mounted “winglets”, 2+2 layout, ambient lighting, and a hybrid drivetrain.
You should see some of these design features in the upcoming Saab 9-3.
