Take a look at some rendered photos of the Subaru BRZ Concept - STI.

The production version of the Subaru BRZ is expecting to make its debut at the upcoming Tokyo Motor Show in December — but until then, Subaru has decided to show off a sneak peek of its BRZ Concept –STI.

The BRZ Concept STI features a 2.0-liter aspirated Boxer four and lightweight kit outfitted with a rear wing deck . Generally STI versions carry a turbocharged powerplant, but oddly this is not the case with the BRZ Concept. Subaru has, however, upgraded the suspension, beefed up the breaks, and added larger 18-inch wheels. Of course, in keeping with Subaru tradition, the car will feature Subaru’s proprietary WR Blue Pearl II finish.

No official word yet on whether the production version will match the concept’s specs or aesthetics.

    1. jesterking at 7:28am 3rd November 2011 I bet, it will be a 3.8 v6, NA AWD.
  2. jesterking at 7:03am 2nd November 2011 yeah, it's doubtful it wont have a supercharger, or turbo in it. a 2.0 with no go? my wrx would run circles around it! But, it does look nice. Just have to wait to see what it will really be in December.
    1. Ian Bell at 7:57am 2nd November 2011 Im sure it will have a supercharger added to it. I have to admit that this is one of the best looking Subaru's I have seen (sorry Jester!). I love the long nose and the backend looks like a 370z.I remember when I had my Impreza back in 97 with my add-on Turbo charger that never seemed to work right (stupid air flow sensor!). I wouldn't mind having something like this for a tuner car.
      1. jesterking at 7:27am 3rd November 2011 yeah it does look sexy.
