CES 2006 Profile: Canon

Canon rolls out four new high resolution featured camcorders for 2006.

At CES 2006 Canon introduced four new camcorders which sport features like widescreen, high resolution recording and widescreen display panels. These new models fall into the ZR and Elura families.

In the ZR line up, Canon was showcasing the ZR500 ($299), ZR600 ($349) and ZR700 ($399). All of these will be available at the end of this month. Features across this series include a 2.7
