Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-P72 review

Those lucky guys at The Tech Lounge get to review the Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-P72 digital camera. More inside.

Quote from the review at The Tech Lounge:

“Today we will be taking a look at the Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-P72. This is pretty much the middle-of-the-line camera in the Cyber-Shot ‘P’ series of cameras from Sony. The DSC-P72 sports 3.2 MegaPixels and a 3x Optical Zoom as well as Smart Zoom. Another nifty feature of this camera is its ability to shoot VGA movies (640×480) with sound. The length of movies you will be able to record will depend on the size of your memory stick. With the included 16MB memory stick, you can record ~ 45 seconds of video. This camera wasn’t designed with professional photographers in mind, more so for the average user. This camera was designed as a point-n-shoot with the ability to customize a few settings. However, the top of the line camera in the Cyber-Shot series might be enough for the pros. As you will see later, I put this camera to the test by taking it with me on vacation through Europe and other various places. Where better to test a camera like this than on vacation?”
