If you’re looking for new gear to protect your camera, look no further than the latest offerings from Think Tank Photo. Teaming up with SKB Cases, Think Tank Photo has created a new lineup of photo and video hardshell cases designed to provide maximum protection in a good-looking package.

The exterior of the Flyer Series Cases are based on SKB’s rugged and waterproof iSeries hardshell cases. The modular internal organization and protection is provided by Think Tank Photo.

By teaming up, both SKB Cases and Think Tank Photo were able to put their respective focus on what they do best to end up with a product that does not sacrifice one detail for another.

On the outside, the hardshell cases that make up the Flyer Series lineup are understated, with secure dual-locking latches and 360-degree protection from almost any destructive method you can throw at them. Inside, Think Tank Photo offers a familiar design, with hook-and-loop padding and dividers to split up your gear however you see fit.

Although understated in the marketing material, one of the most welcome features to each of the cases is an integrated lid organization system, which makes use of otherwise wasted space. Depending on the size of the case, the lid organizers would be great for everything from memory cards to laptop chargers.

Speaking of sizes, there will be four different Flyer Series Cases, including a shoulder strap carry-on, a larger carry-on, a rolling carry-on, and a much larger option for checked luggage when hauling around extra photo gear or larger video equipment.

Pricing has yet to be unveiled, but SKB Cases and Think Tank Photo say the cases will start shipping in December and will be available exclusively through SKB dealers.
