Take a look at this new trailer for Far Cry 3’s 4-player co-op campaign.
So, Far Cry 3 is set to hit shelves in about a week and Ubisoft just keeps pulling rabbits out of its hat. A few weeks ago, we were inundated with awesome trailers for the game’s single player campaign mode, and they had us hooked. So hooked in fact, that we nearly forgot the game would feature a killer multiplayer mode as well. And as if that wasn’t enough to keep us interested, Ubisoft has just dropped this new trailer on us that shows off the game’s wicked co-op campaign.
The 2-4 player c0-op mode takes place six months before the events in the single-player campaign and revolves around a ragtag group of mercenaries who have their stash (of either drugs or money — it’s not clear which) stolen from them, and go on a mission to hunt down the culprits. They seem like a good squad for the job — there’s a Scottish thug, a crooked cop, an ex-soldier, and a Russian hitman. In a group with such badass resumes, there’s no way this game mode will be anything short of awesome.
