JP at 6:39am 14th November 2009 Lowest priced, most useful tech gift I found is the Tracfone Motorola W260-4 at Walmart for under $15. It comes with double minutes which means you get 200 free minutes when you buy 200 for $20. I found this to be a terrific gift for young teens in my family who don't already have cell phones. Would suggest getting parental consent first like I did.
