Not great, but not bad.

This is the third UPS I’ve used and the second from this company. It’s not the best and has it’s querks, just like everything else; however, it’s quite good at it’s job.
I’d recommend it based on the price however if you can afford a better one i’d opt to spend more. Like they say, you get what you pay for and this one is certainly worth it for the price

APC good at hardware not software

I have owned APC ups in the past. Although they are good at the hardware part of it. They are not very good at the support software, or support for that matter. APC needs to invest a bit more in support services as well as monitoring software. I have always encountered problems with the monitoring software and subsequent support requests from their tech support. A compnay that is really committed to the end user would upgrade both their software and support services in my opinion.
