Mine has never crashed and I use a Dell computer. I’ve had 4 different mp3 players, and so far this is by far the best. My only problem is that it scratches too easily.

you know they make the prices so high on the iPod videos and all the do is crash all of my friends iPods have to that r video ipods i mean seriously can we get a refund.

good when it is going

What a lemon. The software is hard to use. Often the itunes crashed. the support from apple is useless if you do not own a mac computer. my biggest complaint is that the ipod is always crashing. there is no help when it does crash. the support on the net gives no adivce if you follow the instructions,and still the ipod is not working. it is over priced for an unreliable device. apple support in person is no better, they just tellyou to look on the net

I love my ipod.
It is, however, overpriced and needs a charger other than the USB charger included. Forcing people to buy an additional wall charger is almost infuriating. It has dented my appreciation for Apple.

YOU SPEND NEAR $400 FOR THIS AND YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE A CHARGER. WHAT GIVES. I’M RETURNING MINE TO COSTCO AND I WILL BLOG THIS. KEEP YOUR IPOD JOB’S, IF YOU CANT AFFORD TO INCLUDE A CHARGER THEN YOU CAN KEEP IT.
