I currently own Macbook Air and it is not designed to be your main computer. It is designed to be your travel computer and not a gaming computer or DVD burning one either. It is a wireless internet laptop.

To me this is the best because it is one of the slimmest computers in the world. It has a clear screen like no other company can make, and its really fast.

It’s a good thing apple came up with the idea.. but as for me, I would say I would need the built in optical drive. Lets be honest, most people I know who buy apple computers are focused the style.
Style over functionality??
It doesn’t work for me. I’drather get the HP DV2890 artist edition which has a lot of punch.. where I can buy 2 for the price of one mac book air. Simply put, it makes more sense to me.

It still needs a drive

I understand the whole point of the slim facade and design but without the external USB powered drive, you can’t watch DVD’s on this right? You would have to put them on a thumb drive in advance. Or store them on the HD beforehand. This is still a sweet computer and I’m sure will set the bar for future competitors to make their PC’s as slim, but offer an internal drive as well.
